This section provides a "big picture" look at the budget. Topics in the Executive Overview are budget priority setting, a general overview of the budget, the financial condition of the city, the three-year fiscal outlook, a discussion of the city's revenues, a look at the city's expenditures by objective, personnel information, and a workforce analysis.

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS SUMMARY
The Capital Improvements Section contains information pertaining to budgeted and projected expenditures for public improvements such as roads, bridges, drainage and flood control, and neighborhood conservation. Also included is information on funding sources for capital improvements.
