- Rezoning applications
- Development plan approval
- Approved development plan amendments
- Subdivision of land, street and alley vacations amendments
- Land use and street widening plans
The CPC conducts public hearings on the first and third Tuesdays of every month in the City Council Chambers located on the 26th Floor of City Hall. In the hearing, the board receives a report of the applications from the staff of the City Planning and Development Department, receives information from the applicant regarding their request, and hears testimony from other persons that may express concerns, oppositions or supports of the application. The board considers all of the information and votes whether to approve or deny a request, or to uphold or overturn the Codes Administrator based on the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, adopted land use plans and on other planning documents and policies.
