Department Performance Indicators

Selected performance indicators are collected each month from City departments. Some of these indicators measure the efficiency or effectiveness of a department's performance in a given area, while others are indicators of their workload that are influenced by external factors such as the economy. Most indicators are tracked on a monthly and fiscal year-to-date basis (where possible). Current statistics are compared against targets where they exist, or previous year data.
