How It Works!

EnergyWorks KC Makes Energy Efficiency Easy

EnergyWorks KC (EWKC) is a new initiative informing home and business owners of ways to reduce energy waste, increase comfort, and make a healthier live-work space. A variety of services—energy evaluations, energy efficiency upgrades and financing—are available to support home and business owners in pursuit of reduced energy waste and increased energy efficiency.

The work of EWKC includes development of recommendations for local and state policy changes in support of energy efficiency, creation of job opportunities, as well as public education and outreach.

EWKC believes a combination of waste-less energy changes coupled with an energy assessment and upgrades performed by a professional, will help you achieve energy efficiency in your home or business.

Along with increased comfort and a healthy home or business, EWKC helps you:

Access useful information to improve the energy usage in your home or business

Access resources to help pay for energy efficiency improvements such as rebates, tax credits, and financing through local lenders
